By accessing or using Brevyx ("the Service"), including our web application and Chrome browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Brevyx is an AI-powered resume tailoring service that helps users create customized resumes based on their professional profile and specific job descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content and is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or materially false resume content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated resumes on behalf of third parties
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the professional information you provide (work history, education, skills, etc.) and the resumes generated from your data. By using the Service, you grant Brevyx a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing all generated resume content before use. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

6. Pricing and Payments

Brevyx offers a free tier with a limited number of resume generations per month. Additional resume generations can be purchased as credit packs. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and all payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds for resume generations that have been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving a generated resume, contact us at support@brevyx.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Resumes generated by the Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular job application. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting it to potential employers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Brevyx and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brevyx and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Brevyx in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
